I have had equal stays at both, so if it were a choice, I would probably go based on 2 factors, assuming location and price were the same.

1 - Age of property is obviously a factor. If one was a newer build that would get the nod
2 - I would look at pictures and see which hotel looks to be in better shape, and which seems to have the better breakfast. A waffle iron can go a long way :-)
