FS Las Vegas has dumped L'Occitane and now has those big pumps in the bathrooms. This is clearly a cost cutting move under the guise of 'help the environment' (LEED). 2 of 3 in my suite were empty. I suspect the stuff comes in gallon containers from Costco, but it could be worse.

I'm not a spa guy, and I know L'Occitane doesn't get the best reviews from some of the specialists here, but whatever is in those pumps is a massive downgrade from L'Occitane.
