Chat #2 2 weeks later, 25K points for $3K spend in 3 months.
Declined the offer since P2 has Plat and I have Biz Plat.

I told the chat agent that I didn't trust Amex to not continue to remove/devalue the benefits without reducing the annual fee. SIghted the $75K spend for guests to Centirum lounge and recent Delta changes.
