I wish they'd just install simple to understand separate up/down controls for each function, and lose the shuttle/jog knob completely: it's style over function.
LOL i'm old enough that I remember the Interface Hall of Shame; I honsetly typed then changed UI to UX to go with the times. I really appreciate you concurring with me!
But to agree with your point further about form over function, I don't understand what this set of controls gives me that a hundred other designs I've seen in J/F do better. Further, not being able to just 'raise the legrest' is worse than the old CW? Or, even J from back in the 90s.
Anyway, the champagne, food and WiFi are excellent so I'm not complaining.
