Long layover in HND (8 hours), with late night flight to SE asia after arrival from US.

Will have carryon bag - is there a place to store luggage at HND so I can go into Tokyo during the layover? Also, assume if I want to do this I don't want to mess around with transit security and then try to exit . . . unless I can store carryon at ANA club.
