a few quick questions:
1) What main did you choose and was a good?
2) what lounge were you allowed to access predeparture? Just wondering if the lounge is open late enough to accommodate the 01:55 boarding time. Fwiw, I hold One World Emerald status.
3) is there turn down service? mattress pad?
4) I think the answer for this is no, but pyjamas?
1 - Given the 2 am departure time, decided to skip dinner since I had eaten some in NYC and the lounge. If not, I would've likely opted for the Wok fired pork with black pepper.
2 - For OWE, before 10:30 pm, enter the Soho lounge. Very comfortable seating with very serviceable food options--glazed salmon, roasted chicken, tortellini, along with the usual cold cuts, variety of drinks and wine tasting station. After it closes, head next door to the Greenwich lounge (the old Flagship lounge), which will remain open until boarding, which they do announce over the loud speaker.
3 - Yes. You can either do it yourself or request an FA's assistance, which they'll be more than happy to help.
4 - No PJs, though there are slippers, if I recall.

What I really wanted to try was the steak panini which sounded very good from the description. Assuming you're awake, can you please try it, and let me know how it is? I've never seen that on the menu before. Usually, for the very late (early morning) departures, I like to immediately drift into sleep, then order an on demand item, which usually had been the cheeseburger.

PS - At one time or another, I've had both the wok fried pork & lemon chicken. For my taste and during those flights, I found I liked the pork better.
