Easy to get to Cape Town from IST. From there there are numerous wonderful places along the Garden Route to choose from. But the OP would have to put up with South Africans rather than Russians (although that is much less of an issue nowadays because of sanctions). Failing that, I'd probably head towards Senegal or The Gambia which are lovely.
