The Room was never the leader, never surpassed QSuites. The table is too high for comfortable eating, or you need use the function to move the seat upward to an uncomfortable seating position, the bed is too short to not sleep at an angle.
And the seat is so hard and lacking in lumbar support that it feels like a park bench that reclines. I prefer NH's old J seat and the JL Sky Suite over the Room.
