I don't think that is necessarily so unusual .. what ( I guess ) happened is that fog/low cloud was forecast in the London area for this morning and when the flight was created in the system it had a slot .. you can often see these slot delays many hours in advance ( the way you normally know is that they show as an on time departure, but a delayed arrival ) .. Looks like your aircraft is on the move now anyway .. so hopefully 10.30 arrival is worst case scenario and you've picked up a bit of an improvement .. certainly in my bit of SW London it's not a bad morning
If it's any consolation to you the equivalently timed Scandinavian flight (SK525 ) is running just as late if not slightly more so !
