Just got an email apparently from the hotel ("name"@conradhotels.com) , asking to complete payment via RED DOT PAYMENT for a pre-payment booking.

Is this legit ?

Isn't pre-payment taken directly from the payment details on my Hilton profile ? Booked directly via Hilton.com

Asking as I had done some pre-paid stays this year, and all completed via Hilton.com without needing to enter my credit card to a 3rd party
