Once JL has three A350-1000 aircraft available, doesn’t that mean these can rotate between this set pattern:
- JAL 6 HND-JFK (11:05 - 10:55)
- JAL 5 JFK-HND (13:20 - 16:35+1)
- JAL 4 HND-JFK (18:35+1 - 18:25+1)
- JAL 3 JFK-HND (00:30+2 - 04:45+2)
I think having three A35K could mean that JL can also do the JAL 3/4 rotations, giving the company a reasonable amount of down time for cleaning, fuel, tiny maintenance, etc. Then again, perhaps the logistics are a lot more complicated than what I know, and those planes would be overworked if there is also no longer period of “rest time”.
