This isn't making complete sense....

United's 737MAX8 have IFE at each seat. The bulkhead rows have the TV that unlocks swings out on an arm from the side of the seat. See this photo: https://paxex.aero/wp-content/upload...x1536.jpg.webp

The FA is passing out cheap headphones for those that need them. They don't pass out earplugs. The MAX IFE has ability to pair BT headphones which is a plus. No more Live DirecTV going forward unfortunately with the new IFE units.
