I have a booking on SQ319 from LHR to SIN in business class, departing at 20.50h. It seems like the second meal is lunch while the evening departing flights from Frankfurt and Paris, which seem to be departing even later, have a breakfast as second meal. I only know that SQ319 (LHR-SIN) arrives SIN at 17:30 local time, so I am guessing the second meal service time (generally speaking) aligns better with lunch SIN local time, thereby an effort to acclimate pax to local time. ??
