as the title says, for a recent flight (today), a friend of mine has had ET mileage added on his Shebamiles but I told him to get them on Aegean's Miles and Bonus (which gives 100% credit for most discounted classes even). Can he ask Shebamiles to remove them so that they can be credited on Aegean?
I haven’t done it with ET but have successfully with other Star Alliance airlines. It can be quite a painful process. When I’ve done it yes the first step would be asking ET to remove them, and once that’s done to a retrocredit to A3. Your friend does run the risk of it not working due to a refusal by either airline, but it should be technically possible.
