Morocco is definitely on the list. I recently booked tickets to Casablanca for next summer, and Delta warned me during the payment process that until I show the credit card used in the purchase at the airport I wouldn't be able to get a boarding pass. I happened to ask about this during a call to the Diamond line later, and the CSR confirmed that fraud was the issue for tickets purchased to certain countries. She also said that I can present the card at any point between now and the travel date, and it will be noted on the reservation. Will see if that actually works...
