actually they have been using it for a long time in Montreal. And to be honest, I think the FS Bangkok is one of the most beautiful « urban » property I’ve been to. FS Bangkok would not rank in my top 3 for the city. Hardware is good, service has significant room for improvement. The bar would also not be what I consider one of the best in the world (once again, hardware is great, everything else is less so). As for the Michelin star restaurant, if you're referring to the Cantonese restaurant, it's overrated (speaking as someone born in HK and grew up eating Cantonese cuisine). I think even Mott 32 is better.
