I’m not knowledgeable enough to comment about Chase personal and biz cards and referrals but I’ll mention that Bilt Rewards points can be transferred (apparently near instantly) to Hyatt and some or all Bilt MC (counts toward 5/24) cardholders receive a quasi-SUB (50K/$12,500/5 days) offer the day the card is received. I did it about 3 weeks ago, met the quasi-SUB spend with estimated tax payments.

Just in case you’re not aware, Chase has both personal and biz Hyatt cards, each with 24 month SUB timeframes.
