After consultation with my server I’ve gone with her recommendations of Rum BBQ wings as a starter, a little off piste with the Goat Curry Hash and a side of Dumplings, and back to my servers recommendations with a 2-4-1 Passion Rum Punch which I suspect packs a lot more punch than it seems!
