09/30 was on Discover Eurowing from
1) PHL to ATH via FRA on business class booked via United Miles (88k one way for 2 pax)
FRA to Athen was on Lufthansa
2) suppose to arrive in Athen by 10/01 1:05pm
3) PHL to FRA was delayed by due to late arrival by 1+ hour caused me to missed my connecting flight from FRA to Athen
4) they rebooked the FRA to Athen for me partially in enconomy and bumped customers off given it was over sold. refunded 200 euros on spot give downgrade to economy on one pax
5) arrived in Athen at 6:30pm, 5+ hours later then the originally scheduled time


1) can I claim EC 261 for flight delay comps of $600 per pax for 5 hours + delay?
2) I believe for 5+ hours plus delay, I m also eligible for full refund of the trip. Since I booked the flights on United Miles, how would they estimate the refunds?
