I did a trip recently, UA on the way out and OS on the way back. Seats are very similar. The service on Austrian is significantly better, I remember going up to use the toilet and when I returned they left me a new glass of wine and a piece of chocolate. UA has OS beat on entertainment. Not as many good english stuff in the entertainment.
