Just returned from the hotel. While the restaurant and bar are awesome, the hotel indeed needs a little TLC. But the true issue is the total incompetence of the reception. I have never seen a team, which is so overwhelmed by everything. Despite previous e-mails (with some of them being ignored), they messed up everything. Just one example: I had confirmation for a Lofty suite with a connecting room, which I was told at arrival, doesn't even exist in the hotel. I was able to move in the next day but I was truly shocked to see a team not even knowing their own hotel rooms...
