Parkroyal's are actually great at honoring GHA benefits. I had recently reached out to the Pickering property because they seemed nearly booked out on the night we were looking at -- and asked if I booked two categories below Club, would I still be able to get Club benefits even if a Club room isn't available? They happily extended club access AND upgraded us into a suite at a higher category than the club rooms. Credit where credit's due.
