Dinner JFK-LHR earlier this week. All of this was very good but the salmon I thought was the best dish I’ve had in a premium cabin all year. Really moist and flavoursome and pared really well with the sides.
Canapés- beef tataki, prawn with tomato and horseradish sauce, goats cheese and courgette roll

Beef Carpaccio- excellent

Teriyaki Salmon

Sides- sweet potato, book choi, miso glazed aubergine

Chocolate and Hazelnut slice
