We are happy to address any issues with search frequency, partner throttling, etc. Seats.aero works across all the major airline alliances and Aeroplan is the only program making these complaints, especially publicly.
I'm also disappointed to see Aeroplan try to paint third-party tools as illegal, which is patently false and defamatory. All travel tools (even tools that claim to have GDS access) rely on web scraping in some form, and no airline has ever taken legal action against them because retrieving public availability information is clearly permitted under applicable laws and case precedent.
Did other airlines cooperate work with Seats.Aero? I don't think so
