AC Pilots after Flat Pay and on W/B (or N/B Captains) are *well* compensated.

The big issue is the bottom of the barrel (First 4 years flat pay) and the flow from Jazz.

Like with any union, those at the top don't want to give up some gains for those at the bottom and this is why the unions are suffering. Same with government. People push for their last 5 years for their pension....
