I don't believe Seats.Aero is the real cause for vanishing partner awards (namely, NH and UA TPAC J). The polling frequency of Seats.Aero is very low, and from my source, I know the notorious brokers were taking spaces within minutes, if not seconds, after they were released.
I'm sorry to see AC picking a skip-goat for partner award issue. While they may have a good reason to not disclose what they know, I don't think it's right to point fingers at the wrong target.
