Mark was not calling out Cowtool but rather Seats.Aero and a few other related ones. Cowtool is private and non-for-profit, whereas Seats.Aero is an "enterprising for-profit" tool as pointed out by Mark that is giving them more problems, hence why they pulled quite a bit of partners.
