- Partners changing business model, joining another alliance or otherwise changing, but not ending their partnership with AP

- Fraud and misuse. They launched the new AP knowing it would be very attractive. Not until post-covid rebound did it see as much volume and interest. Strong hints that certain geos are over represented. Certain city pairings are blocked.
- 3rd party tooling. Called it illegal multiple times. Seemed to differentiate between an something like cowtool vs a paid service. High volume/load is affecting their systems and those of partners. Some partners have throttled AP. Hinted that these tools are enabling other types of misuse.
4) makes very little sense, given that other partners have calendar searches already. How can a 3rd party tool be possibly worse? Maybe if AP built a decent calendar tool themselves we wouldn't be here.
1) I can't see who it'd apply to, aside from maybe EY or EK.
3) is most likely talking about EY, given that AA also can't figure out EY awards.
