I booked the base Urban Deluxe room's Discovery flexible rate. I am Titanium. I received a multi-level upgrade (definitely more than 2, don't know exactly how many tiers) into their COLLECTION Club Marina Bay view room and received the club access along with it. They also proactively offered a 4pm checkout. Excellent treatment and far exceeded my expectations for this 1 night stay. The room is nice and spotless. I can't say the same thing for the bathroom, however, as it seems they skipped it during renovations. It is a little dirty...
