I looked at some of the still-scheduled flights. They seem to have decent fills up front and so-so fills in back. I'm guessing UA will watch fill progress (along with cancelations) in the next week or two before deciding. IMHO, the number of currently booked passengers (if flight cancelled) DEN-OGG would put a strain on currently scheduled west coast to Maui flights. UA would have to either increase lift ex-SFO to re-accomodate or just keep DEN-OGG. Maybe the latter if not too many cancellations. Denver flight could also be kept to connect people to OGG from farther east (DEN is presented as first connecting option for those coming from ORD).
