I applied online for a WF cashback cc in 2020 when they had a 0% apr 18-month promo and I was approved online. Still use it for 3% cashback on my phone.

You mentioned having bank accounts with WF. Can you go to a branch and ask a staffer for help? Once I needed help with a fee at another bank and the staffer helped me and then offered a card that had cashback etc with zero AF so I got the card. All thanks to the staffer. So maybe a WF staffer can help?

the way the OP post is running, I myself would just run away from this process - because I don’t have WF accounts so I can’t just go to a branch to ask for help. I’ve never had a complicated CC process (eg it’s approved or not approved) and I don’t know if this card is worth the trouble.
