...this is why I never set high expectations when going into First. This time for the first time - when the cutlery was in the way, the FA just used the plate that I was about to serve with to push the said cutlery aside.
Pouring wine, even when it spilled to the side - no cleaning up of it.

The amenity kit bag was very pretty. I hope they still have that one in August. How often do they change them, do you know? I'm hoping the menu changes between now and then or I'm going to have to order a special meal. None of the main choices sounded good to me at all.
