The Regency Club evening offering shown by Singapore_Air exactly matches what was on offer one of the nights in Aug. They rotate some dishes / snacks and it repeats after 3 days again I think, along those lines.

The sparkling wine and the white and red wines are all local ones. Fine that they want to support local producers (and save high liquor tax for imports), but they are just not very good. The local craft gin was interesting and I had the Pink Pomelo G&T two or three times and it was quite decent. Not a bad offering to be fair, but not out of this world good either.
