For those who use NOR1 upgrades, any datapoints on how late I can leave it ? The last time I was here, could not access NOR1 on the day of check in.

As Diamond I'm planing to wait until my booking is upgraded to Exec Room and see if the NOR1 is worth it for a suite. Currently it's base room and the upgrade would cost SGD280+ / night.

Best scenario is a free Suite upgrade but never had one over my sporadic stays here.
