A Finnair upgrade seems to be a queston for the Finnair forum

Given that the Finnair site ( https://www.finnair.com/us-en/bluewi...first--2713096 ) sayd "Upgrades are available only for scheduled flights operated by Finnair and when the original ticket is issued by Finnair." , there wouldn't seem to be entutlement to upgrade.

If it needs AA to process, then I wouldn't expect it to be possible
