SecureSpend VGC was "not authorized" today in Publix, when asking for $999 MO. Before today, I could use two of such cards without any issues (autodrain first and the rest on the second card). Last time I had success was on Monday, but not today. the card has full amount and was purchased a day before, so no issues with activation.
It seems Publix blocked Incomm Vanilla numbers as well for purchases > 480. Just few days ago it was possible to use at least $1K in one transaction, now - no more. Well, it least it works for <$480.
