Branson tries to 'score points off BA' at every single opportunity, we all know that.
However, there's no need for BA to do the same. BA don't need to 'sink to their level'. Getting a response from BA is exactly what Branson wants, I think the power that be at BA know better...?
BA would do things in the background to make sure Branson doesn't get it. Since (by the most common view) that it's AF that don't want to fly Concorde in the first place, BA would make sure in the agreement that if that's the case, then there would be no one else can fly it either.
