I love the omnipresent, "This is all about the children families passengers!" basis for all this.

I have been involved with stuff like this and I know you need motherhood statements. BUT I would really prefer, "Corporate has had the advantage for years and now we are very necessary and in short supply, so we are going for it."
I wouldn't begrudge it.
