Club Eurostar will be launching a higher tier Étoile (Star) requiring 5,000 status points. The qualification level for Avantage will go up from 400 to 500, and Carte Blanche will go up from 2,400 to 2,900.
The benefits of Étoile are described as "anytime day travel", "companion voucher", and "exclusive events".
You'll also get +25% reward points with Avantage, 50% with Carte Blanche, and 75% with Étoile.
Finally, it looks as though Avantage members will be able to access the ex-Thalys lounges in Paris and Brussels-Midi, to be rebranded Welcome Lounges.
It looks like the cutover to the new system is 1 December.

The "anytime day travel" is caveated with "except on London routes".
Those new levels for carte blanche are quite high. It was 1800 before the pandemic, so it's a big increase!
