The cargo tunnel problem in T4 - which has airport wide impacts - is due to safety reasons, the extractor fans are not working properly and thus an unsafe level of pollution is in the tunnel. It's not a quick job to fix, my guess is that it will be closed until mid Saturday or so. BA have reduced catering services as predicted above. Piccadilly line is not operating over the weekend for pre-planned engineering, and HEX is on 30 minute interval services due to strikes. Elizabeth line is working.
