Would higher salaries for pilots (or any AC staff) improve OTP, cleanness, call centre wait time, or anything else that may incentivize customers to fly more? If not, soon they may find they need another salary bump to keep up with fellow pilots in US.
I'd argue hold times are increased when OTP is poor.
And right now AFAIK the pilots are refusing all overtime, which also hurts OTP.
So... yes?
