Had a good 3 night stay for work this week. Rates were around $500 for a base king and I used a TSU for the ADA 1 King Gold Coast Suite after deciding I wanted the extra space over the Mindfulness Suite.

The room itself is beautiful and well equipped, as others have noted - nice bath, shower, Toto, high quality finishes, comfy bed, $60M has indeed gone into making the rooms great. I had similar expectations for the rest of the hotel but maybe those were misplaced - not much of a lobby, pool area was old and kind of dirty, gym was fine. Nomi was good and they held fast to the $50 per pax limit. Room service is an additional $7 delivery charge and they charged a service fee on top out of the globalist benefit, which I asked about at checkout.

$500 for Chicago is pretty steep for this place but still left satisfied.
