With the click here being linked directly to https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/...support.html#/

This is merely the default customer support page; with no ability to check the status of a case. Is this an IT bug or is AC purposely trying to prevent people from checking in on cases??
At the bottom right corner, there's an icon to chat with an AI chatbot. You can check the status of the case with it.
IMO, it's pretty useless cause it doesn't tell you anything useful. If they haven't responded to your case yet, it'll say your case is still pending and if they already responded, they'll tell you to check your inbox.
