In theory lounge should not be included but reports are mixed. If you are still FB Gold then it's a moot point anyway as you can enter simply by virtue of your status.

Actually, I recall that there was an option when booking to get AMS lounge access on one of the legs for about 50 or 60 UKP. Which I thought was a bit expensive, given that the lounge is packed out every time I have been in there.
