As much as I love St Regis and would be inclined to rank it as Jakarta's best Marriott hotel, a) it seems logical that Westin would outprice them most nights (weeknights, typically) and b) interesting you feel that way about the hard product between the two. From fading memory - it's been a few years since the last Westin stay -- I agree.

Yes, and understandably so. As you point out, Club Lounge access baked into the rate for all guests is pretty special for an RC.
