Hi All,
My fears came true, and my outbound aircraft was changed from an A350-1000 to a Boeing 787-10. Checking my booking our 3 seats (2 adults, 1 child) in Economy Space were all messed up and completely separate.
I got on to their online chat, and the guy moved us to row 16, middle section at a bulkhead. He even copied and pasted the seat map. Which is great. Oddly, when I look at the app, or the website my seat and my childs seat are row 16, but my wife's is showing as row 20. The guy in the online chat assures me that it is on their system as all together in row 16.
Nervous, I called their call centre and again, the customer services rep told me the seats are all together in row 16. He sent me an email, (which, in fairness, looks like he has copied and pasted from his screen that it was correct, but I cent help but be concerned, especially with my wife being a nervous flyer.
3 days on, and the app and website are still showing the wrong seat for my wife.
Any advice?
