How to talk to a human at Hertz UK
I had some issues to dispute with Hertz UK concerning a parking charge notice and a repair bill estimate. With Skype, I tried to call their two customer service numbers 1) 020 7365 3369 and 2) 020 7026 0077 during weekday business hours and only received an endless loop automated response. There wasn't any way to get through to a human at Hertz UK. I then tried calling their premium number at 843 309 3083 and ended up with the same result.
Is there a way to actually speak to someone there or do they hide from customers?
For that matter, where is the support "chat" feature on the UK site? I'm calling in from the United States, maybe that has something to do with it?
