Just take taxi (Bluebird for cheaper price or Silverbird for more comfortable vehicle) from the taxi service desk near terminal exit area.

The hotel can arrange a golden bird service which is more expensive and also I believe they can arrange arrival assistance service as well. Not that its really needed though.
