To get that warning, you have made a lot of searches.

It's a warning to slow down. It's not an instant ban. But it does mean you're using it substantially more than almost everyone else.

Edit: I will mention that you are currently the top user in the past two weeks, and you have done 50% more searches than number two.

These limits were not arbitrarily set. They have pretty high thresholds.
