About two weeks ago, I reported that my access to the SS in YVR was limited to three hours during a connection of over three hours and was pushed into the regular International MLL for the rest of the connection.
i am happy to report that AC advised that the agent made a mistake and that I should have had access to the SS for the entirety of my connection.
